Based on a request of the political party DIE LINKE the Ministry of Economics (Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Energie, BMWi ) has published on the 9th of July 2015, that the average supply feed-in tariff of the tender was with 9.17 cent/kWh higher than the actual fixed feed-in tariff of the renewable energy law (EEG)  of 9.02 cent/kWh with the so called direct marketing, but there have been also projects with a feed-in tariff lower than that.

The spread of the awards were in the range of  8.48 cent/kWh (lowest awarded value) until 9.43 cent/kWh (highest awarded values). The speak about a general tendency of the average supply feed-in tariff form the tenders further results of the following tenders have to be taken into account according to the BMWi. It should also be taken into account that the feed-in tariff for open field photovoltaic has decreased significantly in the last two years.

A number of players have left the market, because projects did not deliver anymore the financial figures they needed. The high number of market participants in the first tender and the slightly higher price do show from the point of view of the BMWi the good competition of the first tender round.
